We provide opportunities for minor corrections free of charge, up to two times. For any larger corrections or revisions, we will charge an agreed-upon fee based on the complexity of the changes.
If the design does not meet your expectations, we will work with you to resolve the issue. However, after the work has been delivered and accepted, no returns or refunds will be issued unless the project was incomplete or incorrectly executed.
